Petobego Natural Area   The 250-acre Petobego Natural Area is located south of Elk Rapids off of U.S. 31. Tobeco Creek flows through the middle of the Natural Area and its associated riparian wetlands. The remainder of the Natural Area is primarily a mix of active agricultural land and fallow fields as well as shrubs and trees. A short walk to the west through the woods leads to a beautiful shoreline of Grand Traverse Bay. More Information
